I'm good thanks man, looking forward to this show.

We are going to be talking to friends and colleagues, Rob Beckett and Josh Whitaker later on,

because they've got a new podcast about being a parent.

Yes.

It's an isolation parenting podcast they're doing about how people are getting through it,

bit annoyed to be asked, not to be asked myself,

because as we know over the past weeks I've had quite a few theories about how to streamline

the parenting process, but hopefully we'll talk to them about that later.

And also there is parenting in your life,

you parent your thoughts, you parent your curries, you parent your hangovers.

Had a curry for breakfast mate, well left over curry.

No, the freeze has been defrosted, so I cut up a load of bread for the birds before realising

that that was the only bread, so then had to really start improvising.
