Right so people want to know right the first thing I would say to someone when they say to me, you how do I work the lower abs I would say why do you

want to work the lower abs and there's usually one of two reasons or both that they give me they

either say well I have fat down there I want to get rid of the fat that's down there.

And so then I say, so you believe in spot reduction.

So they usually say, well, no, I don't believe in spot reduction, but I would just think maybe I can tone.
