Sometimes we can give ourselves

Impossible expectations and we hear all of this advice and things that we need to do in order to live better lives, but a lot of it

Is easier said than done?

You're not always gonna think positive thoughts everybody has negative thoughts. That's just part of being human

And sometimes we shame ourselves for having negative thoughts, but again, we're just we're just people were we're not perfect

And sometimes we expect ourselves to be able to easily forgive

That's another thing that's not always easy to do and I think it's important to recognize that the people who we're

learning this information from

They're not perfect. They struggle just like everybody else. They have problems just like everybody else

And sometimes their own wisdom their own advice is challenging for themselves to implement

And that's why I like this clip because you get to hear about

How much she struggled with forgiveness
