talking all about how faking it to you make it will actually destroy your self-esteem. Now,

I know it's a very blunt sentence saying, like, it's going to destroy our self-esteem,

but stick with me.

Because once you discover why it happens, how it happens, what is happening, and what if you apply

and implement what I say, it's going to be life-changing. In other words, you don't have to fake

it to your maker. You can just start to enjoy your life being unstoppably self-sartain in who you are as a way

of being in this world.

So just remember that.

So let me talk about why at first. So I always try to think about it. Why is it important

to understand this? Well, the pitfall of faking it to you make it is you're going to eventually,

more likely, get found out. And when that happens, everything crumbles down around us because you haven't got either the

skill set or the ability to be able to deal with all that stress coming your way. Now there's
