Welcome to a fresh new episode of New Mindset, Who This, As always, thank you so much for listening. Thank you for supporting me. And today, I want to talk about a new mindset to help us be present, like energetically, physically, literally, emotionally, spiritually, present. And I do recognize that that sounds somewhat boring. That sounds pretty cliche. But I think so

many of us are living like we're just waiting in line for something better. We push through our day,

we push through our routines. We've just become convinced in a sense that life is a series of

obstacles that are standing between today and where we actually

want to be, the future, where things are actually great and happy.

But that kind of thinking will inevitably, I'm convinced, leave us looking back and realizing

we spent our whole lives waiting.

No, I refuse for that ever to be my reality, and I hope you refuse to allow

that to be your reality as well. I refuse to live like this, let's say, for another 20 years,

and look back and have this burden, this weight of having slept through life on cruise control

without being present in it. So from here on out, we are living a mindset of today is the best day of my life.

And, you know, I saw this video on TikTok who he was talking about as high school teacher.

And you could probably just picture, just a really jovial, nice guy who whenever someone asked him,

I love this so much. In a sense, not to make it about me, but I relate to this. Like when people ask me
