the fact that you are 100% allowed to be your authentic self, whatever that looks like for you.

that's so important. You know, if you have been going through codependency, you are so used to being

what other people tell you you need to be or being who other people tell you you need to be.

You are used to kind of molding yourself like clay to be whatever it is that other people want you to

be. And if you're codependent and you do this, you do it because it makes you feel loved, it makes

you feel seen. It's like you take on the traits of whatever it is you think people might like and

kind of mold yourself to be that person because you think, okay, if I act like this, then they'll like

me if I kind of change my personality in this way. I'll fit in a little bit more than nobody will
