You've had a long career in the wine business. You have your own very, very successful

distribution company in New York and New Jersey. How did you get here? What was...

In Connecticut? Oh, I didn't know that.

Absolutely. How did you start your own show and before that, how did you get involved in the wine business?

I'm honored and I'm humbled to be here.

And when you take a look at the people that you've had on your shows truly

truly appreciative of the opportunity so thank you. I know that you have a

lot of perspective to share. I mean what was the wine business like when you first got into it?

Well it goes back a long time. I started in 1975. I came out of the University of Connecticut and I graduated with a degree in business and I worked my way

through school as a waiter. I worked Friday, Saturday, Sundays and I grew up in the Hartford area and was recruited by insurance companies to

And I really didn't want to do that.

I wanted to sell insurance. just did wasn't attractive to me
