Hey, everybody. We got a great one today because Andy Slavitt, who's been on this podcast more than any other guests.

And you want to know why? Because he has stuff interesting to say, unlike my other guests.

So this is a good one for a change except the other times Andy's been on.

That's what I'm saying.

And Andy has written a book called Preventable.

And it's about, what's it about?

Oh, yes, the coronavirus and the pandemic and all the stuff that was preventable if this has been handled properly.

And it's pretty chilling reading the book.

I recommend it.

It gives you a blow by blow and has a lot of stories,

and I don't want to ruin any of them for you because some of these are just stunning,

including admissions by people like Jared Kushner that,

oh, yeah, yeah, we're doing this.

So we, if it screws up, then we don't have to take blame.

That's why we're giving it to the states.

I mean, those of you have listened, know who Andy is.

He had two tasks, big ones, in the Obama administration.

One, he's the guy that fixed the website for the Affordable Care Act.

It launched October 1 and went down October 1 in 2013.

And he came from Minnesota, from where he's working at United Health, and he's friend.

And he fixed it in five weeks.

And I think he saved the Affordable Care Act, and I think he saved the Obama presidency.
