Welcome to the Daily Meditation Podcast. I'm Mary Meckley and I'm a meditation teacher who shares a different meditation technique each day customized around a weekly theme.

Now I love to share meditation techniques because when you do a meditation technique, it

can help you to focus throughout your day when stress triggers come your way. So if you're

feeling a little bit overwhelmed or stressed, you could do a breathing technique or an affirmation

or a mudra or a visualization or a chakra focus. You could even do a walking meditation or sip

an herbal tea. Those are the many meditation techniques that I share one each day. And so these

techniques are not just for when you're seated meditating in your nice meditation
