Let me give you a little backstory about, oh my God, I can't even, I don't even know how long

it's been at this point, I'm going to guess six years maybe that we have

been doing something called the last 90 days. So it began as a challenge a while ago and the intention was pretty basic. I was going

into the end of a year and I was hyper aware that at the end of every year I tended to

honestly just kind of crash and burn into the year. I always started January

really strong and really focused and excited about my

goals but then it would get to be like October, November and I would tell myself like

ah it's the holidays like you know I'm just gonna I'm gonna be a little bit more chill I'm gonna be a

little bit more lax and I would start to okay I don't really need to go get my

workout in or I'll skip my long run this week and I would just do these little

tiny things and come December after doing that for one month or two months or three months as it so

happened sometimes I would have this giant pile of little tiny decisions that equaled a huge loss of momentum.

It was like all of the great habits I had established throughout the year would just be completely burned to the ground and once I realized I was doing it

Unfortunately my psychology was like well well I've already screwed up I've already lost

momentum I've already lost traction I may as well just go ham I may as well just like

drink too much and eat too much and not work out at all and not really
