| 1:29.0 | when some of the big changes in eating begins to happen to people who are prone to stress |
| 1:36.5 | eating and cravings and giving into sugar. The eating begins to ramp up for many |
| 1:42.4 | people right there around Halloween and then once off track with the sugary |
| 1:48.9 | Process food which is what like candy would be at Halloween time and flavors, enhanced flavors. |
| 1:57.5 | Once you're off track with that and the cravings are alive and we add to that the busyness of holidays and the normal eating |
| 2:06.4 | desires and patterns are definitely then off track and the way back is really through intuitive eating. |
| 2:15.0 | I know a lot of people will wait till the first of the year and then do all different kinds of dieting. |
| 2:22.0 | And in my opinion, for my many years of dealing with people with |
| 2:27.0 | many different kinds of disordered eating very you know some more serious things is the intuitive eating. |
