about the energetic roots of health issues, which obviously we talk about a lot here.

That was a huge part of my story and the way that I found energy healing, all of the emotional

and energetic work I did to heal my different chronic illnesses.

And today's guest is the perfect person to help us dive deeper into that topic.

And also for those of you who love all of the health and wellness related things,

today's guest is Courtney Otten.

Her handle is The Rooted in Health. She's also

on TikTok at The Rooted in Health. And she is the host of the Rooted in Health Radio, which is a podcast

on Apple Podcasts in Spotify. Courtney is an integrative health practitioner and a high 70 energy healer and an MBSR practitioner

who is dedicated to helping others heal their health issues through subconscious retraining,

brain rewiring, and nervous system healing. And I have known Courtney for a while now for years

back when I was in the health and wellness space,

you know, but Courtney has gone through a number of my programs. Like I said, she is

an high energy healer now, so she incorporates energy healing into her practice. We had a lot of

similarities in our stories just in terms of being really tricky cases,

you know, and dealing with gut issues, that leading us to deeper underlying infections,

mold illness.
