I actually discovered Natalie doing a really hard time I chatted about it on her

podcast in episode 333 which I'll link in the show notes but it was when I was in the

hospital with my daughter she She had had emergency open heart

surgery and we had an extended stay at the hospital. So I remember Natalie's

voice being there in such a traumatic and horrible time in my life and I'm so appreciative of her

podcast because it helped me to feel less isolated and less alone during this

time.
