You know by now that our thoughts create our feelings, which cause us to take action, and those actions produce our results.

So the life you’re living right now is a result of the thoughts you were thinking 3 months ago. If you want to create a different life, you have to think like your future self now. Like you’ve already achieved that thing you want.

Because when you think like her, you feel like her, then you act like her.

You don’t need to wait until:

Life slows down

The kids get older

You have more followers

You’ve lost the weight

The timing is perfect

Because it doesn’t have to do with any of those things. Think the thoughts that your future self will think NOW, and that is how you become her.

And we blame most of our realities on things, right, circumstances, but really all circumstances are neutral and then we have a thought about it.
