0:17.2	I, a thru hiker, a peak bagger, a huge hiking nerd, chat with other through hikers and other

0:31.2	His trail name is Anubis, and you might recognize that name, and that's because he was a guest

0:38.2	number 54. He was towards the end of his southbound Appalachian Trail Thurhike when we last
0:45.1	spoke, and I got to say pretty much right after our episode was released, this was back in
0:51.1	mid to late November, if I recall correctly. Shortly after the
0:54.9	episode was released, he had a medical emergency while he was on trail. Thankfully, he was
1:01.9	okay. And after a two-week break, he was able to get back on trail and go on to complete
1:08.5	the AT, which is super amazing.
1:10.9	And honestly, we spend most of the episode talking about that.
1:14.5	And we also just talk about what it was like to finish the Appalachian Trail, something
1:18.8	that I really don't ask people about that often on the show that I probably should.
1:23.4	So either way, it was a great episode.
