Today is all about what it means to run the Courtney Weement Way.

Courtney is a rising star on the track. She's been on the show before. Last summer,

you know her, you remember. Courtney is a two-time member of Team USA.

She represented the United States in the 3,000-meter-ciple chase at the World Athletics Championships

last year in Eugene, and again this year in Budapest. Today, we're breaking down Courtney's race in Budapest

where she made it to the final, but left feeling unsatisfied. She is super honest and vulnerable.

Right after Budapest, Courtney flew to Zurich to race again, and next up,

she'll race in the Diamond League final at the Pre-Fontane Classic in Eugene.

you back on the show. How you doing over there? I'm doing good. I'm really excited to back in

to chat with you and kind of just, you know, talk about all things running and all things not

running, you know? Yay! Well, the first time you were on the show was before World Championships

last year, and then we got to meet in real life while out on a run on Freeze Trail, and I had one

of those moments where I think I was running and I like stopped and I was like, it's you!

Right? And like had that weird moment where I was like, just let her run. Like, be cool.
