Oh man, it's good. It's good to be back with you guys. I feel like a draft season isn't

official until I can find my way out of the pod. So I'm glad to kick things off here with you.

Well, wait, because there's been some news that has happened since you've been back on the pod.

We got to talk about this basketball thing and any out of basketball. I know you guys are

hosiers. You trying to run it back. I guess, circa day, 1971.

Yeah. My wisdom coming back. How do you feel about like kind of copying your rivals, Michigan,

and going into the pro ranks to get it your next basketball coach? What's that like?

Well, here's what I'll say DJ. We need all the help we can get based on what's happened

here for the last four or five years. When you don't make the tournament in Indiana and

four straight years, it's an issue. But I think Scott Doulson, the AD put together

a terrific model, right? Yes, it is similar to what Michigan did, but bringing Mike Woods

in, relating the fan base back to the glory days with Mike and then bringing in a, I mean,

like a high pedigree college basketball voice in Fad Mata as the associate athletic director

for basketball only. I mean, it's a win-win to me. I mean, like we get, we get solid

pedigree there, the college basketball world, and then you bring Indiana basketball back

to the, to the tradition with Woody. I mean, it's, it's a win.

It's been a long time. Like, like at least during the crane years, I would be, I would watch

and I'd be texting Brett during games like in games. I haven't watched Indiana basketball

game in three years. Like I haven't texted red anything because I'm like, they're terrible.
