Thank you so much for listening. Thank you for supporting me. And today, a message for myself, a message for you. Really in light of how tightly we hold on to things in life and people, in light of how we try to control things, in light of all the things that are noise,

but we listen to and we absorb them, the opinions of other people, strangers on the internet,

our own inner critic, imposter syndrome, all the things we are in one way or another attached to,

but that really get in the way of us being happy and free.

So for this episode, the message is really simple.

Recognize that the magic in life is found in the flow of life, not forcing anything.

So I just want to take a couple of minutes here to talk about what I think is the most important principle in life, frankly, the art of detachment.

If you can detach from the noise in life, you can hear your own peace.

I think, frankly, that is the purpose of life, getting to a point where you've created peace for yourself and you hold on to it and you listen to it.

And really, detachment has nothing

to do with becoming some emotionless robot or removing yourself from life or being numb or

aloof. It's one thing specifically, which is kind of different from how I used to think about

this topic. So I just want to take maybe 14 minutes, maybe 15 minutes here and share it with you.
