I don't know in what episode I mentioned the acronym I heard for the word systems, but

I mentioned it a week or two ago and got a lot of questions about it.

So the acronym that I shared a couple of weeks ago was systems breaks down to save yourself,

That is the purpose of a system to save you time, to save you energy, to save you money.
