Aloha, welcome back to the Anxiety Coaches Podcast. In today's episode, I want to talk to you

0:30.1

about how you can talk to other people about your anxiety. I often get asked,

0:37.0

how can I discuss my anxiety with let's say a co-worker or my boss or family members even my spouse that is a

0:48.9

question that comes up and I wanted you all to know that if you're wondering about this yourself

0:54.8

it's a common question and there are other people who don't wonder about this at all

2:18.8

But this is real. So that's the way anxiety tends to go round and round and round and around.

2:26.0

So just know that as Walter Anderson says, nothing diminishes anxiety faster than action.

2:33.8

So I want to talk about some ways that you can do this

2:37.7

and take some action for yourself

2:39.9

if you are wanting to talk to other people about your anxiety.
