I don't know if many of you out there can relate to being distracted, but the people that I am hearing from certainly can.

So if you are living a bit of a distracted life and there's enough in this world right now to make us feel

distracted or try to pull us away from being centered and mindful and in the moment but if

you are feeling you have a little bit of this distracted life going on, this is a show for you.

So much of our stress and our anxiety come from old ingrained habits and I find that some of those

habits are keeping us very distracted. We're habitually distracted. I'm going to go through

the seven habits of quote like highly distracted people, seven habits of highly distracted people, and see if there

are any that you can eliminate in your day-to-day life.

highly distracted people lack a purpose. Now this can happen to us losing our purpose or finding that we have a

lack of purpose can happen from being anxious or we can become anxious from not having a purpose.
