said, let's get on with the show. I think that one of the most dangerous health habits nowadays

is people drinking and sipping lemon water all day long because they think it's healthy. Yes, just don't sip on it all day long.

You can use a straw, for example, right? So then you don't have the front teeth in contact.

Because one thing you'll notice, especially, you know, I notice even for myself, my two front teeth, the edges are starting to wear down.

And, you know, my diet consists of a lot of fiber.

So as I'm biting and incising into fiber, that enamel is wearing down.

So the more acidic our mouth is, the faster the enamel wears.

The good news is we have really good ways to also protect the enamel.
