Summary

18-year-old Zebb Quinn left work one night, hoping to look at a car he was interested in buying. His friend followed in a separate car, but along the way, Zebb signaled for him to pull over. He had received a message and changed his plans about viewing the new car. Zebb rear-ended his friend’s truck as he drove off, clearly upset about the message he had received. Zebb was never seen again. 17 years later, another heinous crime was committed that brought police closer to solving the bizarre case of Zebb Quinn.
