because you had a little bit of a long road to finally discovering that ultimately your diet was sort of

accidentally paleo and you've been helping your clients achieve some great success with it so

tell us about your food history and how you even came about becoming paleo I love it as such a

an emotional journey, you know, and it started out when I was a

teenager. And at the time, I made a decision like many teenagers do that I do not want to eat

animals. And so when I was 15, I decided to become a vegetarian.

So within a month of making that decision, I broke out with the worst cystic acne.

And at the time, you know, it seemed like, well, maybe there's a relationship, but I was a teenager, so they kind of chalked it up as hormones.

And then I started eating meat again, and it was a little bit better, but it had kind of erupted
