education. Obviously the education has a direct financial payoff and it's important for living a whole life and I have some rather strong views on the subject. I've been very open with those views and I've shared over the years a little bit about

some of my ideas but the challenge has been that when I first started this show I

think if my timeline is correct I think my wife and I our first child was six months old.

Well at this point in time our eldest child is closer to six almost six and so

things are changing of course with experience and've found this to be a common theme of my life. I have a certain idea, a certain

perspective, a certain opinion when I am young and then as I get older and accumulate more experience, more insight,

perhaps a little bit more maturity, I look to see if those ideas change if those ideas have grown or have if I've learned

something that shows me the previous idea was wrong. I want to be quick to admit to

myself and to anybody else when I get something wrong, but I also want to stay true to a vision, whatever vision I've had as a young person.
