What happens is your ideal client's brain quickly assesses a few things when they land on your page.

They see midlife women and they think, well, that's kind of me, right? But it's still generic. They read, become her. And then most people are going to say, what the fuck does that even mean? And they don't even see anything about paramedopause mentioned unless they like scroll the feet. And then don't be wrong. there's like one pin post that highlights it, but you've probably already lost them by then.

Jordan here, your co-host. I am looking at our friend here, Rebecca's Instagram right now, and I can guarantee that there are three big mistakes that are costing her anywhere from tens, even hundreds of thousands of dollars in lost income and lost potential clients that she could have otherwise served. And the thing is, her content is actually really good.

0:39.3

Okay, so Rebecca here is a faith-based coach, and she posts a lot about hormone recovery,

0:43.7

paramedopause, and she's getting some engagement.

0:46.1

I mean, she's clearly helping people.

0:47.6

She's got a lot of experience here.

0:48.9

But I really want to break down three huge disconnects and big levers that are easy fixes

0:53.5

that can massively increase her conversions, engagement, and ultimately grow her business and ultimately be able to reach more of the right people. So that's what we're going to break down. All right. So what I'm going to do in this episode is I'm going to break down these three mistakes and show you exactly how to fix them and give you the frameworks that you can then audit your own Instagram so that you're not leaving any money on the table.

1:11.2

All right. So the first thing that I want to break apart is to show you exactly what's

1:14.1

happening here on Rebecca's page. So in her bio, she has hormone and mindset coach for midlife

1:19.4

women, which is frankly just kind of generic. And she has in her bio says, I help ambitious

1:24.5

Christian women over 40 become her. And this as lean body, strong mind, fierce spirit. Again, I help ambitious Christian women over 40 become her. And then it says lean body, strong,

1:28.4

strong mind, fierce spirit. Again, I dig all that stuff, right? But it's just kind of vague, right? Like, and I love that you have or that Rebecca has a Christian angle. I'm a faith-based guy myself. And I think you should leverage that. That's part of your values. But it's just not position in the right way. This bio could be for anybody, okay? It's like, I mean, this bio could be for anybody.

1:29.5

And look, her content, a lot of her content as you scan her page is speaking to paramedipause, but her bio is speaking kind of to everyone. It's kind of like having a cardiologist website that says, like, I help people with body problems, right? So your ideal client in this situation is just going to scroll where I pass because they just don't see themselves in getting any value and following. And so why this matters is what happens is your ideal client's brain quickly assesses a few things when they land on your page. They see midlife women and they think, well, that's kind of me, right, but it's still generic. They read, become her. And then most people are going to say, what the fuck does that even mean? Uh, sorry for my language. What the heck does that even mean? And, and they don't even see anything about paramedopause mentioned unless they like scroll the feet. And then don't be wrong. There's like one pin post that highlights it, but you've probably already lost them by then. You're going to get people to just scroll away. Instead, we want to have the words, like these high-click concept words very front of parent, paramenopause, so that that woman thinks, oh my God, that's exactly where I am. And I want you to use the word menabelly, okay, menabelli, because menabelli is a term and keyword that a lot of women in menopause or paramenopause use that if they see that term, that's like a nagging pain or thorn in their side, this menopause belly. Okay, I'm telling you that because we work with a lot of coaches who work in the menopause market, and that keyword always gets clicks. And they'll also probably see faith-based reset and think, well, that aligns with my values, but it's still not super clear. Then we want to have, okay, the next step is we want to have like a really clear method that I would call the method here like a faith-based reset, faith-based reset, because then they're going to think, oh, that's me, that aligns with my values, and it aligns with everything else that I'm seeing. And so just remember here, like specificity creates connection. So when somebody sees their exact situation reflected back in them, they're going to think, well, that person gets me. So what I want to do here is redo her bio. And here's exactly what I would change. New biostructure. Rebecca would have her name. So we're going to start at the very top going down. Okay. So your name, Rebecca Tabbert. Then there would be a straight up line beside that. And it would say hormone coach for Christian women, then another line dividing saying menopause weight loss. That is going to allow us to show up in search rankings. That's going to clearly, and not only will you show up in search rankings, which, by the way, Instagram now is tied to Google. So if people, you know, Google

3:57.8

menopause faith-based coach, there's a good chance that you can end up showing up, but also on

4:02.1

the app. Okay. So if people are searching stuff on the app, it'll allow you to show up. And your

4:05.8

ideal client sees that right away and thinks, wow, that's a coach for my situation. Right below that,

4:10.4

I would have, I help Christian women in paramedopause lose stubborn menabelle and balance

4:15.7

hormones naturally, okay? Right below that, I would have 15 plus years experience. You have 15
