Last week while on vacation, we did $129,000 in cash in our coaching business in 48 hours. All right. Now, I'm going to show you exactly how in this episode. And the thing is, we didn't post a single new offer. We didn't launch a new product. We didn't even check Slack for three days. And yet we connected 129K in cash all while on vacation with our kids at our lakehouse in Georgia. And the thing is most coaches think that you have to consistently be grinding 24-7, always posting content, jumping on every sales calls, micromanaging every interaction. But the truth is, you just need a machine that

pays you why you have the ability to live your life. So in this episode, I'm going to break down exactly how we build it using a four-pillar system. That I'm also going to explain how this would mean in your business, because let's say, like you don't necessarily want to get to 129K in two days, but maybe you're making three, five, 10, 15, 20k a month. I'm going to relate this to how you

should implement it in your days, but maybe you're making 3, 5, 10, 15, 20k a month. I'm going to relate this to how you should implement it in your business depending on where you're at, okay? So ultimately in this episode, you're going to know how you're going to be able to generate six figures in just a few days where in my case, I was doing this while I was teaching my son how to two behind a boat. Okay, so you can copy and paste this whole system. And look, if you're one of those coaches who thinks, well, this is easy for you guys to say, right, you've been doing this for years. Again, stick around because I'm going to show you exactly what we teach, even our brand new IFCA student health and fitness coaches to implement it to implement this in their first 90 days. And look, just to be real with you, this wasn't always the case. In fact, just a couple of years ago, I used to lie to my wife about not needing to work on

vacation. And then I would like lie to my team and my clients about even going on vacation. So I would literally be like swimming with my son with my phone, like taking a sales call. And although that might be necessary at certain points in your career, that shouldn't be the end solution. Right. You should be focused on getting out of that. All right, how does this happen? Let's get into it. These are the same four levers that we use to scale our last company, T4E system to $2 million a year, over $5 million in revenue and eventually sell it for multiple seven figures. So step one is building an offer that not only is easy to sell, but that actually gets results, right? Shocker. Because here's the thing, when you offer something that actually delivers what it promises, you don't have to chase clients as much. They start to come to you. So for example, our accelerator program, we're able to guarantee that we'll help you to sign 10 high-paying clients in just 90 days, or we'll just keep coaching you for free until you do. And the thing is, we don't like coaching people for free. Okay, over the last two years since we've had that guarantee in place, we have maybe had to coach students for free maybe like 20 times out of like 400, 500 students. And so when your product is airtight, you can start to make these bold claims with confidence. And then your marketing gets so much easier because your clients kind of do it for you and referrals start to pour in. So what does this mean for your business? All right, let's say you're doing three, 20K a month right now. You probably have some version of, let's say, a three or six month transformation program, right? It's custom fitness coaching. But what you need to do is you need to get specific about the actual outcome that you deliver. So instead of like, okay, I help women lose wait, you might say something more along the lines of like, I guarantee that I'll help you as a busy mom lose 20 plus pounds in 12 weeks and you don't even have to give up wine or even spend hours in the gym, right? Or instead of like I'm a strength coach for men, you might say like, I help dads over 40 build five pounds of lean muscle in, let's say, six months and double their energy so they can keep up with their kids. And I have so many examples of students that we've been able to help do this. And I know it sounds simple, but like Sarah, for example, she was stuck at AK a month with like just kind of a generic fitness offer. We repositioned how she talks about her offer to now helping postpartum moms reclaim their core strength

All right. So when you can guarantee a specific outcome to a specific person, you're also able to

your sales team. All right. Pillar number two, building a predictable lead generation machine. Okay, we don't, what I mean is we don't just want to rely only on posting more content and hoping that something sticks. In our business, we have a machine that does most of the heavy lifting. So here's how we do it. We spend $100,000 a month on meta ads. That brings us anywhere between three and four thousand leads every

But what we also do is we post anywhere between 100 and 150 organic pieces of content per month. And before you say like Jordan, there's no way I can create that much content, you're right. But we're not doing it all ourselves. We have an incredible team. We also leverage AI. For example, we have an AI tool that we give our students, her name's Lexi, she's an AI content engine that handles most of the heavy lifting. So in our business also, we have a lot of middle of funnel content, right, longer form, just like you're watching here. You're watching this YouTube video, you're listening to this podcast. You probably first saw us on an ad or maybe on a reel, right? That short form

have to give them the opportunity to go deeper with you. So that's why we do weekly podcasts,

we do daily emails and even YouTube. And everything in our business is nurtured and followed up

It creates omnipresence. So even when I'm fishing with my kid, people are seeing my messaging.
