Summary

Lone Tree Police Officer Jacob Tarr could not be stopped. Chasing a felon in flight, he tipped the odds in his favor when he commandeered a kid's bicycle. The suspect stole a motorscooter but Tarr would not be left in the dust. Dogged to the end, Lone Tree Police got their man. He was booked on a felony theft charge and outstanding warrants.
