based out of Arizona.

We're going to be talking today about New Mexico.

Jeff's been guiding in New Mexico for 20 plus years. Jeff, how you doing?

Great Jay, how are you doing? I'm doing great. I guess before we get into the ins and out of the New Mexico applications we've got a deadline

coming up March 18th and I just want to know from your idea what or from your standpoint what kind of conditions

you know are applicants looking at you know going into what we know as the application season and what are the variables in front of us that would help guys make good decision.

Well this year and you know weather-wise I think we're I think we're wetter than we were last year and 19 and

and in last year going we had a really wet spring and we had a really good year because of it.

Obviously Arizona and New Mexico were both really good last year, especially compared to the year

before.

And this year, I think we're right on course to be right in line with last year.

I just recently made a trip over there to visit some ranchers and all the north hillsides of all the peaks have really

deep snow on them. Even down low in some places on the north hillside had you know 8 to 12 inches of

of snow on it so the high peaks I've heard you know over in the hila you know they've got

upwards of 40-50 inches on on the mountain so I think

it's going to be a really really good year again so I think we're the outlook for this

year is good. When you talk about last year in New Mexico the antler growth was really good

but we didn't have much monsoonal moisture in July and August.

Of course, you know, we had really good rain starting, I think at the end of August and in September and October,

but kind of in that, you know wet period our normal monsoon period there wasn't much how
