to be able to relieve burnout, to relieve stress. So you can start to experience for life,

the restoration that you desire and deserve. That is what I'm all about.

I'm here to hopefully try to support you and hopefully you get that from me. As you just heard,

be the person that you want to be. Now on the previous episode, which would have been 655, we talked

about the conscious aspect of burnout and stress.

It just means that ultimately you're going to understand a little bit more about the fundamentals,

the interconnections between the

conscious upgrade and the unconscious upgrade.
