It's a sad week in the Armand household. We had to say goodbye to our dog this week.

0:06.1

I'm so sorry. Obviously, John and I knew this already. I'm not going to feign ignorance right now, but I know I speak for John and John will probably speak for himself, but I speak for John and saying, you know, we're very sorry having met Hopps many times he was the goodest dog. He was a great, great, great dog. And I know that John and I will miss him to the degree that we can miss somebody else's dog. And I'm sure that you guys are going to miss him for quite a long time. So I'm very sorry. Yeah, he was such a fixture in your family, like just seemed to fit in so well. It's hard to imagine everyone without him, but, you know, dogs don't live

forever. Yeah, he, you know, he lived over 14 years. Like, he, that's incredible. And he were,

0:43.9

we were very fortunate that he was really very healthy, the vast majority of that time. And it was,

0:50.3

you know, it didn't, it ended in, in, you know, a very reasonable and, you know, fortunate way for all of us. He had a very good life, so we're sad. Well, he picked a good family, and the family picked a great dog, and I will miss him, and John will miss him. And I know that the three of you will miss him dearly. So, again I'm very sorry. So Casey, cheer me up. How's your

house going? Oh, my house is just freaking great. So we are electively redoing the primary and

1:20.3

kids bathrooms, which are both of the upstairs of my house. Why is the, uh, the word electively in there?

1:25.9

Is there some kind of, uh, way where you would be forced to redo the ban? Yeah, like if there was some sort of catastrophic failure or something like that. Okay, all right. So you're not, you're distinguishing it from repairing a problem. Correct. Forshadowing. Wrecking ball or, you know. Yeah, exactly. Like diehard style crashed a car into the second story somehow. So we got home.

1:45.8

We actually took a trip to Manhattan over the last few days, got home yesterday, and then

1:50.8

the demolition on the primary bathroom, which here in America we called master bathroom

1:56.1

for the longest time, and I'm really trying to get rid of that vocabulary from me, but

2:00.0

apologies in advance if I

2:01.3

slip up. So the primary bathroom, you know, the one that's on the suite with, you know, Aaron and

2:06.4

my room, my in Aaron's room, whatever, my English is terrible. It's been a day, y'all.

2:10.4

It's Aaron and my. Go ahead. Yeah, anyway, that room. So the demolition started today. The contractor,

2:17.4

the broader contracting company that we're

2:19.5

using, we at this point are pretty friendly with the gentleman who owns it. He did the screened

2:24.5

in porch. He did the front porch. He did the window, or his company did the windows in the house.

2:28.9

So the house has become a ship of Theseus. And so we started the process today with the demolition.

2:35.3

That was going really well. In about 2.15, Aaron sends me a text because I was upstairs working. She was downstairs and says,

2:40.5

I hear water running. And then within seconds, all of a sudden, it, it escalated quickly. And she

2:47.5

starts to like really get loud, loud enough that I can hear her. And I know this is not good.
