man there's a lot of bid comparing out there there's a lot of folks that are

asking for multiple quotes and multiple bids and sometimes you're winning them sometimes you're not

sometimes you're getting compared against folks sometimes whether fairly or

unfairly you know you're getting the work or not getting the work based on

And long story short, we had a couple clients recently

that there was some frustrations, some pushback, you know there was a couple more

emails back and forth about hey what's going on with this or price or you know I didn't renew somebody or they didn't renew with me but they were

leaving me hanging and I didn't get any information back and it's just real life
