Sure, so thanks for having me so I am a partner at an investment firm that invests entirely in publicly traded stocks in the U.S. and in Europe. We've been in business for about 15 years. We manage about

a billion dollars mostly for high net worth individuals, endowments. We're more specifically a hedge fund which

has is a dirty word but basically just means it because we're really good

of what we do we're able to charge more in fees but it

doesn't have perhaps connotations that typically are associated with it.

So John Medford is not the name that John was born with by his parents and that's what's giving us the opportunity to dig into some of the things that we're going to dig into.

So the reason that I wanted to have John on is because in this context we can talk with somebody who's actively involved in the business.
