this will be completely meaningless to you because this is one of the most ephemeral things we've ever

discussed in the history of this show. But Luke, can you explain the Cracker Barrel controversy to me?

Because I've been squinting at this for two weeks, and I still don't quite understand, like, what the outrage is.

Cracker Barrel, a popular American chain restaurant, they serve,

what kind of food is it? Bad food. That's what it is. They serve shit on a plate, I think.

It's like if Applebee's is sold out, you go to Cracker Barrel. Yeah, I've never eaten it Cracker Barrel.

I don't have much of a sense of it, but let me put it this way, Will, we are scraping the bottom of the barrel when it comes to this particular culture war controversy. I don't know. I mean, this is really funny as far as these things go because I don't know, like there are right-wing moral panics about lots of things where you can

understand, like, you don't agree with like whatever the grievance is, but it makes sense.

It's like, oh, they put a trans influencer in a Budweiser commercial.

And it's like, it's, you know, it's hateful.

It's insane in any case that.

So this is who you make political demands to now like anheiser bush like

what the fuck are you doing but at least that makes sense you can tell what it is they're getting mad at
