Pat, I'm doing great. Thanks for having me back. I'm really, really looking forward to this.

Hey, why don't you tell our rock star nation a little bit about you, Aaron, so they can get to know you better?

Sure. I am a realtor in Seattle, Washington. I'm an author. I'm a speaker, an educator, I got into the business.

I think this is my fifth year, so I'm sort of new, little bit green, but gives me a whole

fresh perspective on how the things run and you know I live on a small

island off the coast of Seattle which sounds so romantic I always use it as a selling point I love that

by a married got two kids, and I love the business of real estate.

I love being with the people in this kind of a transaction and I love the

entrepreneurial nature of it.

It's so cool.
