Okay, you guys know that I read all reviews whether good or bad so I got a bad on here

And it's a recent one and this is from MilP- w one star if you have any bit of marketing knowledge this podcast is too basic and

you'll often find incorrect uninformed information.

If you are new to any kind of marketing,

this information is not actionable

and will make you scratch your head.

know what I'm sorry about that mill pal I I don't know what to do about that I you know I guess what I

what I one thing I can do it certainly tried to go to the high high end of things more.

Unfortunately, you know, we have guests of all angles.

You know, we have brand new agents.

We have agents that have been in business 30 years.

I try to cover the game and I do my best to cover the game, but maybe I need to be aware of going on the high end of things, right, and going for something new.

And I do try to look for new marketing ideas and new apps and things like that.

If someone says, you know, if I ask somebody what their favorite app is and they say some

cliche like Facebook or Notes or ever note or something like that. I do try to skip them

ahead to a better app that real estate agents can use but I will definitely be conscious of it.
