Hello, welcome back to the podcast. Happy 2024. I cannot believe it's already the new year. I'm recording

this on January 1st, 2024. It's interesting because I wanted to

release this earlier. And then I thought my first episode of the year would be the January

energy update, but the guys kept just like pushing it off. Like no, not yet, not yet, not yet.

And then today I guess is the day. But I also, I don't know if you can hear it or not,

hopefully not, but I have a sore throat. There's been something going around and I just started

really feeling it today, not feeling super well. But I'm sure I'll kick it in a day or so. I'm flooding

myself with AHCC and a high in vitamin C and vitamin D. So anyway,

in case you hear that in my voice, that's what's going on. But it's funny how things work out.

I feel like the last year, well, the last week, I guess, which I'm saying is last year.

I just feel like for me to get to a place energetically of like being able to record

this energy update for whatever reason, I had to fully, fully complete 2023. And I will just say

this is something in progress, but I'm sure a lot of you might be feeling something similar.

My relationship with time is changing a lot

and the way that I'm relating to like timely energy updates. And what I'll say is like,

you know, for me with business and planning things in advance, that's kind of, you know,

how we get things ready to go for everyone in our lovely community and amongst team members,

but I am noticing just channeling wise. And this is part of what's different about, you know,

being around working with a channel. It's like, I can't, I can't force what's coming

through and I can't force when. And it's really just honoring the energy and when the transmission

wants to come through. And so I know that that is definitely something we're being guided to do

is just like really surrender to the timing of it while people might want things to go
