Hello, everyone, welcome back to the podcast. This is going to be the last podcast of

2023. So crazy. And I am here with my friend Sam, Panasoplas, who has been on the show before.

When were we on the show? Probably over a year ago. Yeah, a long time ago. Wow. So some of you might

remember Sam. Sam, would you like to intro yourself yeah happy to be back i don't

really know what my introduction is anymore i would say we're friends i'm here for the week we're hanging out

and that's my context okay that's that's the only context you want to give cool um yeah well

we've been friends for how many years at least three yeah kind of three yeah we've been talking

we've been telling Andrew about our as sam calls it tumultuous friendship and the three times she

canceled me i feel like he needs the context, we just kind of rush through the stories.

He doesn't have time to catch up. Yeah. So we've been covering our friendship in depth the last

day since you've been here. But yeah, I, you know, I prefer to have a conversation and talk to

myself. So thanks for taking part in this. Yeah, I'm excited. I've

been loving your Instagram series. Thank you. I feel like this is a long form version of that.

Yeah, yeah, maybe, maybe less specific. I don't think I'll get into. I was thinking about that.

I was like, as I've been writing these posts, I'm like, I could do a whole podcast episode about each of these months, and I would have a lot to say because I always have a lot to say.

So what do you love about it?

I think the, obviously I was there for a lot of the stories, so I had the behind the curtain.

But I think it's cool to get the context of how things grew from one another. So like you look at

something today and you can see where it ended in December, but how did it get there? Yeah, totally,

totally. It kind of like put a lot together for me and one of the main things was I'm like,

no wonder I've just been so tired. I was like shocking, shocking right because part of this was so the way i put

it together was i went through my photo album you know and i just went month by month and like pulled out
