Before we get into today's episode, I want to tell you

about a workshop I'm teaching this week. This will be a sensual dance meditation practice

slash full moon ritual that I'm doing with my friend Sarah Faith Godestina. She is the host of the moon

beaming podcast. And this workshop is based off of a piece that I wrote for Sarah's mini

moons planner for the full moon and Libra. And in this piece, I talk about the binary and I invite

folks to embrace the nuances and complexities that they hold.

And I'm so excited. I'm so jazz to be teaching this class and bringing literal motion to the

words that I explored in the piece. So during this workshop, I'll be inviting you to connect to, release, and reclaim the

full spectrum of who you are outside of the binary through organic movement. And that's what

sensual dance meditation is. It's an organic movement process that helps you to feel into your body, your senses, and your

emotions.

There will be gentle breath work.

There will be journal prompts, Q&A, and also some community sharing.
