I started listening to your book a month ago and I can only relate it to the first few

I then went to training and I started noticing people who are mouth breathing.

When I first heard this several years ago I thought it was nuts until I met some researchers

who said, well if you don't believe us why don't you just look at the skeletal record

I went to a lab at one of the largest collections of pre-industrial schools in the world

and all of our ancestors have a very different facial structure than we have.

They have very wide mouths and these mouths are so wide that they can accommodate all of

Our ancestors didn't have their wisdom teeth pulled or braces.
