| 0:14.0 | Today we're going to explore the idea of, well, when you know you're going in the right direction, but everything feels off. |
| 0:24.0 | Yeah, I know it's true, but you know, sometimes in life things get harder before they get easier. |
| 0:32.0 | Something I was thinking about the other day as I started to think about this idea. |
| 0:40.0 | You know, often I share things that are on my heart because I'm going through them. |
| 0:46.0 | I'm this mommy, this mommy, this mommy minister, and I'm trying to figure out how to do life, life in real life, real time, four kids, a husband, a dog, just real things, bills, laundry, you know, all that good stuff. |
| 1:07.0 | And I was thinking about this process of what my husband and I are going through. |
| 1:13.0 | You know, it's interesting in the spring of this year we decided to, well, fall the call of God to stop working or stop leading. |
| 1:24.0 | I should say more revolution, a nonprofit, a phenomenal nonprofit that's continued today. |

| 2:04.0 | And we are in this step of faith, this season of faith. |
| 2:09.0 | But as I was looking at really the process the last couple months, some of it has been, I mean, just beautiful, just supernatural, sovereign, you know, just God taking care of us all the way through. |
| 2:24.0 | And then there's other things that seem hard, just tough. |
| 2:30.0 | And the truth is sometimes things get worse before they get better. I think about giving birth, you know, you get to the point where you just think, if I don't get this baby out of me, I'm going to, I'm going to take it out of me, feeling with all four boys just, you get done. |
| 2:49.0 | I have a girlfriend that's ready to have a baby any day. And I look at her and I remember that look on my face. She is that exact look, which is, I'm only going to be able to do this for a few more weeks or I'm going to lose my mind. |
| 3:03.0 | That's very normal. I remember having that. I think, I think really the magic happens is that God gets us to the point where we just will do anything to get the baby out. And that's what prepares us for labor, right? |
| 3:15.0 | And then actually it gets so uncomfortable. The nest gets so uncomfortable that we leave the nest because we can't live there anymore. Well, it's the same with getting healthy. Think about it. If you're going to eat healthy, you're going to get off of, you know, sugar, alcohol or whatever it is, you know, that you're eating that you need to get off of. |
| 3:34.0 | Well, oftentimes you get cranky. You don't feel good. You maybe get a headache. Maybe you don't sleep as good. You just feel off. Well, that off feeling doesn't mean you're going the wrong direction. It means that you're detoxing and you're setting a new direction. |
| 3:51.0 | But think about even in the Bible, when Jesus was going to the cross, you know, it didn't look like it was getting better. It looked like it was getting worse in the garden. He's being betrayed by one of his top leaders. |
