Good to see you too. Why don't we begin by can you just tell a little bit about who you are,

what you spend your time doing? Yeah, so I am a licensed mental health counselor in Seattle

Washington focused mostly on somatic psychotherapy. So I use a lot of incorporation of body with

story work with clients in my private practice but I also facilitate movement and therapeutic

groups and I'm one of the core facilitators and supervisors with the Allender Center. So I do those

on weekends where there's story workshops or certificate programs and get to teach there
