important part of who they are. So in January, I'm about what, year and a half postpartum.

And up until then, I had been having a trainer come to my house because I went through high

risk pregnancy. I couldn't work out for nine months.

Before that, I was recovering from sepsis. Like, my body had just gone through so many changes

and my workouts from before had to change. I had felt so weak. I got really skinny from

sepsis. And then I gained so much weight in pregnancy, and I lost so much

muscle from not being able to work out. And so I was just like in this new season as a lot of

us women go through postpartum, just trying to figure out my body and what it was that I wanted to
