Hi everyone and welcome to a time of be still and be loved. My name is Elisa Keaton and

I'm thrilled to be with you today. Take a moment to place your body in a posture that

is restful for you, seated, lying down, or even on your feet leaning against a wall,

or maybe just standing upright with your muscles relaxed, with your posture stacked.

Take a deep breath and begin to inhale and feel the breath filling your lungs and your belly,

filling your collarbone rise up and fall down. Let's do a square breathing technique where

you will inhale for the count of four, one, two, three, four, whole, exhale, one, two, three, four,

whole. And then return your breathing to a pace that feels comfortable to you, but purposeful.

Just taking this time right now to shift into your breath, you are being intentional about

welcoming rest, welcoming peace, softening your muscles, relaxing into this moment.

I invite you to get a vision of you resting in the Lord's hands right now,
