Thank you so much for listening. Thank you for supporting me. And today, I want to talk about an unspoken promise that is essential to a healthy relationship, romantic, friendship, you name it. An unspoken promise that your partner, your friend, needs to make in the same way you make it.

Although I think it should be spoken in some way.

But regardless, this is a must for your relationship.

And I want to talk about this one promise specifically.

And I wanted to do this episode in reaction to an article I randomly saw that was titled Six Unpoken promises your person should make if they're

serious about you and it got me thinking it had some good unspoken promises in it which I'll

rattle off here just to calibrate us so then I want to talk about one additional one it said for one

your partner should promise to stand by you even when you're struggling.

And I think that's great.

That's a given, right?

Your partner should be there for you when you need them.

They shouldn't just dip when things get tough, when the honeymoon phase wears off.

It also said they should promise to stay faithful.

Yeah, of course.

Loyalty is a must.

It is foundational.

Your partner should treat you like you're the only

person who matters, that you are the one, you are their first and only choice in a world of distractions.
