0:37.0	Hopefully you listen last week and earlier this week I have been sharing chapters from my fiction series.

0:46.2	There's party girl, sweet girl, and then smart girl,
0:49.9	which is where we find ourselves today.
0:53.0	Each of these were stories about young women
0:56.7	living in Los Angeles trying to start careers.
1:00.6	And I absolutely loved this idea because I was that woman and I know many of you were those people too.
1:08.0	Like you moved to a new city and you tried to build a new life in your early 20s and maybe that went well and maybe it was
1:15.4	super hard and I just think it's such a cool time to write about because there's so much possibility
1:21.6	and a certain amount of anxiety and most of us
1:24.6	have been through it.
1:25.8	So that was the impetus for this idea and I knew if I was going to take on the last character, Miko, and give her her own book.
1:35.0	I really had to allow her to build her own career as well.
