0:57.0	I'm here's Kevin Bup, and in today's show, we're going to be speaking with manufactured
1:01.0	housing industry expert and living legend Ken Corbin.
1:05.0	Kent started his career in the financing side of things working with the largest lender in the
1:09.0	manufacturer in the manufacturing space at the time. As an entrepreneur, he was influential in putting with the largest lender in the manufactured housing space at the time.
1:11.6	As an entrepreneur, he was influential in putting together the largest private placement
1:15.5	of its type on Wall Street. Ken brought together some of the premier retailers in the manufactured
1:19.9	housing industry with that $30 million investment. He later became president of one of these companies.
1:25.2	In fact, there were more manufactured homes sold at Ken's
1:28.3	address and any other address anywhere in the United States, and that record still stands today.
1:34.1	Ken received his MBA from the University of Michigan and is a former advisory consultant
1:38.8	to the American Graduate School of International Management. He's also on the board of
1:42.7	trustees of Habitat for Humanity.
1:44.9	Today, Ken travels throughout North America and has spoken to over 2,000 organizations,
