In today's episode, I'm talking about courage and courage being a feeling of being afraid but acting anyway.

Courage in the face of fear is something that we have to come to terms with when we are anxious.

And like I said in the last episode, I know that you guys all have courage.

anxiety you have courage just by living with anxiety takes courage. So I know you have it, but I want you to be aware

that you have it and use it to your best advantage. Courage is not the absence of fear. And like I mentioned in the last

podcast that we will always have fear in our lives. This is part of living. There will be fears. There will be challenges. We will feel afraid. We will even feel anxious from time to time.

That's very different than living with anxiety.

And so courage again is not the absence of fear.

A person who never feels fear isn't courageous because they aren't acting even though

they feel fear they just don't feel fear that's not courage so that's not something that really happens, right? Because if you are in

this life, unless you have something completely wrong with you, you will feel fear.

And the world can actually be a pretty scary place sometimes.

So there's reasons to feel fear. There are reasons to have our

guard up, right? And there are lots of reasons to feel afraid. So what do we do? of would want to do, get rid of their fear, but I would like to have you frame it in a different way if you could, to actually be able to feel the fear and keep moving forward anyway. Now we may have to make decisions because sometimes

we are supposed to back away from things that we are afraid of and we learn

that through our life especially as you are

clearing out your anxiety and living down the wormhole you will be able to start to determine whether you are feeling fear because you should be

feeling afraid of a certain thing or if this is your mind taking something to a higher level,
