Talon, welcome to the show. I'm so excited to have you here. But before we dive in, can you tell us

what you had for breakfast this morning?

Oh, man, I haven't had breakfast yet, but I did drink this raw greens virgin smoothie. So this is what I do.

What I do have an early morning call is I just, it's bottled, but it's delicious. It's all organic.

So that's what I've had, half of that, and a little bit of English breakfast tea. Yum. I love that. Green juice, the best. Seriously, the best. And it gives you so much more energy
