I am Elizabeth Benton, super excited to chat with you today about something that came

up the other day within my summer, 12 weeks to transformation.

Lots of challenges and questions are shared and we are always working through them together.

The other day someone posted about getting it to sink in and I instantly knew what they

were referring to and you probably do too, right?

We have this thing that we want in our lives and we've learned about it and we've thought

about how we could incorporate it.

We understand the pieces of the execution but it's not quite sinking in.

And this individual shared that they were listening to the weekly challenges twice

and taking notes, getting on the coaching webinars, listening to the coaching audios,

but they still felt like it wasn't landing, it wasn't consistently changing their behavior.
